CRBOCES EPIC Computer Science Professional Development


Hello Everyone.

The CRBOCES Educational Pathways to Innovative Careers (EPIC) program received a grant from CDE to support Computer Science (CS) professional development (PD) for teachers throughout our region. We have partnered with MindSpark to provide CS learning opportunities during June 6th-10th, 2022 at the Rifle Middle School located at 753 Railroad Ave, Rifle, CO 81650.

This PD opportunity is geared for all levels of CS instruction and available to any teacher with an interest in learning more about CS instructional opportunities. Read the course descriptions by clicking the link below to learn more.

Teachers who participate will receive:

  • CS instructional tools and strategies to bring back to their classroom next school year.

  • Networking with dozens of (K-12) teachers interested in enhancing CS opportunities for their students.

  • Opportunities for more CS professional growth opportunities with MindSpark.

  • Continuing education credits to support teacher licensing renewals.

  • Stipends for the first 60 teachers to enroll.
