Request for Proposals for Creating a Mobile Aviation Simulator

PROPOSALS DUE: September 30, 2024, 12:00pm

OVERVIEW:

The CR BOCES Educational Pathways to Innovative Careers (EPIC) is seeking proposals for creating a mobile learning lab featuring an aviation simulator to support our EPIC aviation pathways.

The proposals can be provided in two parts, or presented as one package:

1. The mobile trailer will provide a safe home for the aviation simulator and be able to provide enough power for the simulator and other electrical needs.  A solar system including battery storage with a plug in option is preferred.  We want to be able to easily tow the mobile aviation simulator to and from schools throughout the Western Slope of Colorado and use the simulator inside the trailer. 

2. The aviation simulator must provide students with the opportunity to learn and earn industry recognized credentials while learning to become pilots.

SUBMITTALS:

• Submit/email all proposals to Scott Cooper at scooper@crboces.org by Monday September 30th, 12:00pm.

• Include pricing and a timeline for production and an estimated completion date.

TIMEFRAME:

• Proposals are due Sept. 30, 2024 at noon.
