Colorado Empowered Learning
Colorado Empowered Learning (CEL) is the implementation support program funded by the Colorado State Legislature under HB 16-1222. The program aims to help educators statewide combine the use of technology with great instructional practices and student-centered learning to enhance equity and access in PK-12 education. Program services are informed by Colorado's Blended Learning Roadmap, managed by Colorado River BOCES, coordinated with the Colorado Department of Education, and delivered by non-profit providers Colorado Digital Learning Solutions and iLearn Collaborative.
CEL provides state-supported supplemental courses provided by Colorado Digital Learning Solutions and consulting services, educator training, and standards-aligned digital curriculum delivered by iLearn Collaborative. CEL works in collaboration with thousands of teachers, over 100 districts and dozens of Colorado nonprofits committed to ensuring each and every student in Colorado is prepared for success in school, career, and life.
